SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to ensure every order reaches you safely and efficiently. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped through our delivery partners, with delivery options available to suit your needs.

Please review the shipping information below for details on order processing, delivery options, and international shipments.

Delivery via Courier Partners

For Standard and Express delivery through our appointed delivery partners.

  1. You may choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery at checkout.
  2. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery area and selected delivery service.
  3. All orders will be processed and shipped on working days, Monday to Friday.
  4. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (WIB) will be processed and shipped on the same working day.
  5. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (WIB) will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  6. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  7. Please ensure your billing and delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order. MASSHIRO&Co. will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
  8. Once your order has been dispatched by our delivery partner, the tracking number will be shared with you as soon as possible.
  9. You may use the tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the respective delivery partner.

Instant & Same-Day Delivery

Jabodetabek Only

For customers in Jabodetabek who would like to receive their order sooner, you may arrange an Instant or Same-Day Motorbike Delivery through your preferred provider, such as GoJek, Grab, or other available services.

  1. Place your order through the MASSHIRO&Co. website and complete checkout as usual.
  2. Once your order is placed, contact our Customer Service team via WhatsApp at +62 811 882 380 to request an Instant or Same-Day Delivery.
  3. Our Customer Service team will confirm when your order is ready and provide the pick-up address.
  4. Once confirmed, book your preferred delivery provider and arrange the pick-up with our team.
  5. Pick-ups are available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM WIB.
  6. The delivery fee is fully borne by the customer and paid directly to the selected delivery provider.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to all countries. Please proceed to checkout as usual.

  1. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected service.
  2. Please ensure that your billing and delivery information is complete and accurate before completing your order.
  3. Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  4. The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with the customs and import regulations of the destination country.
  5. Where applicable, MASSHIRO&Co. may appoint a designated carrier to act as your agent to clear the shipment through customs and process the applicable Import Fees on your behalf. Customs clearance may affect delivery times and is outside of MASSHIRO&Co.’s control.
