EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange, please send an e-mail to support@masshiroandco.com or text us via WhatsApp to +62-811-888-2380 and tell us your order number and reason for exchange. We will ask you to simply take your purchase to your local post office or use any instant courier/motorbike delivery to return the item. We do not cover the return cost if you want to exchange to other sizes or item(s). 

Once confirmed and we have received and checked the item, you will receive store credits in the form of a Gift Card that will be sent to your email (worth the value of the returned item(s), not including the shipping cost) to repurchase any item(s) on our Website www.masshiroandco.com or at our Flagship Store.

If you have received a damaged item, we will exchange it with the same item. If the same item isn’t available, you will also receive store credits in the form of a Gift Card that will be sent to your email (worth the value of the returned item(s), including the shipping cost) to repurchase the item on our Website www.masshiroandco.com or at our Flagship Store.

When you wish to exchange an item with a lower priced item, you can use the remaining balance in your Gift Card for the next purchase. Please note that you can combine these store credits in the form of a Gift Card with any eligible discount code.

Exchange Directly in Our Flagship Store

When you do the exchange in our flagship store, you simply need to pay the remaining balance if you exchange with a higher priced item. If you exchange an item with a lower priced item, we will issue the remaining balance as a gift card that you can use for the next purchase.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Item(s) must be returned within 72 hours from the time you received it. 
  • Buying the item(s) as a gift to friends & family? Contact our customer service to extend your exchange period.
  • All products must be returned in its original packaging and with no sign of wear and/or odour.
  • The product tag must still be attached and intact.
  • No returns & exchanges for sale items.
  • Please record a full unboxing video before opening your package  to process your return or exchange claim.(Video must be recorded from the moment of unboxing the package, and the product in one continuous shot without any editing or pauses.)
  • Exchange policy stated are subjective to management changes in accordance to offers & promotion applied.

 

Using the store credits to re-purchase your new item(s)

  • You will receive an email containing store credits in the form of a Gift Card (worth the value of the returned item(s)) to repurchase the item on our Website www.masshiroandco.com or at our Flagship Store.
  • You may use the Gift Card for an alternative item(s) within 6 months after you have received the Gift Card. To use it, simply put the code of your gift card at the checkout page on our website or you can scan the Gift Card at our Flagship Store.
  • If you still can't decide which item(s) you want after 60 days, our Customer Service will automatically remind you via email and/or Whatsapp regarding the expiration date of the Gift Card. 
  • The Gift Card's expiration date is 6 months from the issuance date and can't be extended. MASSHIRO&Co. is not responsible for any unused store credit in your gift cards that exceed the expiration date.
