Exchanges are possible for another available item with either the same or a higher price. The price difference will be charged to you. When you wish to exchange an item with a lower priced item, the price difference will not be refunded. If you have received a damaged item, we will exchange the item free of charge.
If you wish to exchange, please send an e-mail to email@example.com or text us via WhatsApp to +62-811-888-2380. Please also tell us your order number and reason for exchange. We will ask you to simply take your purchase to your local post office or GO-JEK delivery to return the item. We do not cover the return cost if you want to exchange to other item(s).
Returning the item(s):
- Item(s) must be returned within 72 hours from the date you received it.
- Buying the item(s) as a gift to friends & family? Contact our customer service to extend your exchange period.
- All products must be returned in its original packaging and with no sign of wear and/or odour.
- The product tag must still be attached and intact.
- Items that are returned to MASSHIRO&Co. will automatically be made available for other customers to purchase. In case your returned item is a last piece item and sold immediately to another customer, you can't request it back.
- You may choose an alternative item(s) within 72 hours after returning the old item(s).
- If you still can't decide which item(s) you want after 72 hours, our Customer Service will automatically issue a gift card worth the value of the returned item(s), not including the shipping cost. This gift card will be sent to your email.
- The gift card's expiration date is 3 months from the issuance date and can't be extended. MASSHIRO&Co. is not responsible for any unused gift cards that exceed the expiration date.
