Q: How is the handle and care for the shirt?
A: Our shirts are very easy to be taken care of. You don’t need to send them to the dry cleaner. The best way is to handwash the shirt and iron it on low-temperature. Please wash separately from coloured fabrics to avoid colour transfer.
Q: I stained my shirt. What should I do?
A: Wash your shirt immediately with mild detergent. If needed treat your shirt with stain remover before washing.
Q: Where do you manufacture the products?
A: We can proudly say that all the products are manufactured locally. We assure the best quality and craftmanship before shipping it to you.

All orders have to be made from the website. How to make a purchase?

- Choose the shipping method
- Review your order summary and klik "complete order"
- You will be re-directed to Xendit payment page. Kindly finish the payment.

Q: What happens to the sold items? Are they going to be back in stock?
A: We will restock some of the sold items, and some will be discontinued. All the information regarding the "back in stock" items will be announced on our Instagram account. Unfortunately we are no longer able to put you on the waiting list, so please purchase when the item(s) is still available on the website or at one of our stockists.
Q: How to arrange delivery with instant motorbike (Go-Jek, Grab and others)?
A: If you live in Jabodetabek area and wish to have the item as soon as possible, you can pick up your purchased item with Instant Motorbike Delivery. This delivery cost has to be fully paid by you. Please see further details on the "Shipping & Delivery" page
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do ship to certain countries. The shipping rate will be calculated automatically at the checkout page on our website. For other countries that are not yet on the list on our website, you may contact and order via Customer Service by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or via our WhatsApp number: +62-811-888-2380, since we need to calculate the shipping rate manually.
